Video games constitutionally protected

Apparently a court of appeals ruled that a law that prevents sales of video games to minors is unconstitutional because video games are protected as free speech by the First Amendment.

Politics doesn't. Politicians passed the law. It's the legal system that said they were idiots this time. I guess you can say "Checks and Balances sometimes work."
