New MMO that we were anticipating..

Check that list and you'll notice that Horizons: Emprire of Istaria has a release date and pre-order information. Now call me crazy but I thought this game was still in development? The graphics look very impressive and its stating it has some pretty nifty features.

What do you guys think? Anyone in the beta?

The release date for Horizons on there, I'm guessing, is speculation. Like for World of Warcraft, EB has 6/14/2004 as the release date. Even though Blizzard has repeatedly said, "There is no release window, yet."

Well you can't trust any release date that far in advance. Even if it was an official release date I still wouldn't trust it.

Wynn and I signed up for the Horizons beta today. If you sign up make sure to mention No Need for a Name when it asks for it and of course http://noneedforaname.net. Maybe they'll let us all in as a clan

We all signed up months ago. However, months ago the game became vaporware for a while before it reappeared. You may not actually still be signed up...

Well I know I am signed up because Atari sent me an email about a week ago stating my username and password and telling me that I have been signed up for the beta program under "Horizons". I guess the developer has signed on with Atari to publish the game. *shrug*
