New computer

I'm looking to get a new computer. I don't need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, sound system, just the tower. I want it to be decently good, and most of all, want it to be able to play Halo for PC whenever it comes out. I have 600 dollars. What can I get or where should I look to get something?
