Too funny

So the US Department of Interior today decided it would be a good idea to implement a net-nanny software called "8e6". It's like Websense's retarded stepson. I thought Websense was bad, but it looks great in comparison to this piece of shit.

The dumbasses actually block search terms. So if you typed "smack" or possibly "Jabber client smack" into Google, it would actually block it (!!!) as "drugs". Yes, they block actual words that people use in everyday conversation if they happen to be used sometimes as slang for illicit purposes. You don't get to see the search results. This includes looking words up on dictionary.com.

So we've been looking up all kinds of words to see if they're blocked. The word "feces" is actually blocked for "porn". I'm not kidding! FOR PORN! However, "faeces" is not blocked (apparently the stupid 8e6 assholes don't understand the concept of alternate spellings).

In any case, when we looked up the second word I noticed a strange ad:

Wow, you really can get anything on Ebay!

So I did another search (from home, since it's blocked here) and came up with this inexplicable ad:

So curious, I clicked, and saw this:

Gotta love the Internet. Too bad DOI wants it taken away.
