(loved the bloody chunks flying out from shotgun blasts)

Preorders get an extra week of play and 10% discount, anyone else getting in on this?

Wow, I didn't know this was a Mike Booth game. I've heard lots of good things about it, but I probably won't be buying it. There's already too much stuff out. Maybe they shouldn't have released this game against several highly anticipated and high profile games. I'm drowning in games, here!

I've heard that this game is pretty amazing. My coworkers are saying it's the best game out right now. PC version is recommended, they say.

I'm also seeing lots of billboards around town advertising this game. It seems to be a pretty big deal.

It's been a long time since I've played a game this fun. You can sit down and play for 12 hours straight or for 15 minutes and still get a kick beating zombies up. You depend so much on your team that each experieince is different. And yet the game itself is so amazingly simple. I don't even know why it's so fun you do the same thing everytime, and yet it's not the same thing at all.

DV thumbs up. Hado and Xanath play it as well, last I talked with them they approve.

I'm considering this game for my next purchase. I've been playing CoD 5 to the point of exhaustion lately, and I want something fresh and Co-op.

I played the demo (360) on single player and that was pretty fun. Obviously this game is all about multi though.

If everyone else gets it I guess I might have to as well.

I steamed it last night, pretty damn big download. The vs multi is definitely where this game shines, for sure. Ambushing survivors is a blast, especially as the hunter. I need to figure out how I can make my crouch a toggle though, it's difficult to hold down the crouch key and move around.

Maybe remap? I use shift and have my pinky sitting there nearly constantly.

bind x "toggle_duck", where x is your favorite duck toggling key.

Add me to your steam friends and let's do some games. My user name is Shoruk3n.

I don't really play much; if I'm home, I'm either working or taking care of school stuff (especially with finals this week). I try to make time to play if other people are, though. Best way to get my attention is AIM (XanathSVR), MSN (xanath@bellsouth.net), or ICQ (22655075).

Well, Wynn, I just bought the XBox 360 version for $39.99. You up for getting it too? I got the 360 version because a) couches are better than computer chairs, b) I don't need to worry about how well it will run on my PC and c) it has local split-screen so my friends can play when they come over. I also can't resist buying a new 360 game for that price.

I think the deal is today-only. The PC version is already sold out.
