As I Continue to Power Sell This Game To You

In the beta test (or preview of the official game), we're allowed 3 characters to play with. My cleric is boring and max level. My wizard is what is known as 'perma bugged' which means I cannot log into the character for what is 4 weeks now. Oh and my 3rd character slot is bugged out which does not let me create a new character.
Support has been quite helpful. They have suggest I delete all my characters and check if anything works then.
